Administrators of MembersGear can also write their own canned email responses that are sent to either customers or themselves, such as a password request or when a customer's account is locked for not paying their monthly fee.
- To change any of the default canned emails click the "Canned E-mail Templates" Icon from your admin panel. Here you can add a new canned email by clicking on the plus icon next to add new canned email or select to change any of the default canned emails by clicking on the pencil edit icon.
- You can then decide on which fields are appropriate for your task, what global variables to use if any, email format, or any of the many other preferences listed.
- Then just click save and your new canned email is now ready to go.
